Vincent John Noe was born February 14, 1908, in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania to Jacob V. Noe and Mary A. Schlegel. His Baptism was performed at St. Mary's Catholic Church (above photos). His Baptism Sponsors were Clara (Schlegel) Weissert and John Weissert.
